I am Nichole Douillard, a REALTOR® with REMAX Ultra serving Hampton Roads, Virginia, including Chesapeake, Virginia Beach, Norfolk, Suffolk, Portsmouth, and Hampton and Newport News. I specialize in working with first time homebuyers, military families, veterans, transitioning service members, and relocating buyers who need more than a home search. They need clarity, education, and a plan.

Buying a first home, navigating a PCS, or making a major life move rarely follows a clean timeline. Questions come long before decisions are made, and the process can feel overwhelming without the right guidance. My role is to meet people early, help them understand their options, and guide them forward at a pace that makes sense for their life, not pressure them into a transaction.

Many of my clients come to me asking where to start, how long they should plan for, and whether they are even ready yet. That is exactly where I step in.

Through my Home Anchors All approach, I focus on education first conversations, structured timelines, and real world guidance. Whether someone is preparing to buy their first home, months out from a move, actively house hunting, repairing credit, or simply trying to understand where homeownership fits into their bigger picture, I build systems that support them before, during, and after the process.

I work closely with trusted local professionals to ensure clients have access to reliable resources throughout their journey. I am especially passionate about supporting first time buyers, the military and veteran community, and military spouses and transitioning service members navigating what comes next.
